Product Introduction

The steel bushing is primarily made of materials such as 45#, 40Cr, 20CrMo, 20CrMnTi, 16Mn, and GCr15. The inner surface is machined with various oil groove patterns. After heat treatment, the surface hardness and wear resistance are enhanced, making it suitable for heavy-duty joint applications in construction machinery such as excavators, rotary drilling rigs, large loaders, and diaphragm wall grabbers. From raw materials to finished products, every process step is strictly controlled to ensure product quality, producing bushings with high wear resistance, high surface hardness, and strong internal toughness.

The figure-eight oil groove design forms a continuous lubricating film, providing wear resistance and resistance to misalignment.

Process: Surface carburizing and hardening

Process: Quenched and tempered, hardness 201~275 HB
   Inner surface induction hardening
