Features of YKRG Series Vibrating Screens
- The screen adopts a block eccentric, externally mounted, and integral assembly/disassembly design, avoiding the hassle of replacing bearings individually; maintenance and replacement are convenient. Integral assembly/disassembly replacement takes approximately 1 hour, reducing maintenance costs.
- Compared with eccentric shaft double-bearing exciters, the four sets of bearings can withstand higher loads and offer a longer service life.
- The screen frame adopts an all-riveted structure, providing high connection strength and resistance to cracking; rubber spring vibration damping ensures low noise and stable operation.
- The motor and exciter are connected flexibly, avoiding axial torque transmission and ensuring smoother screen operation.
