The side plates of the SZZ series vibrating screens adopt an all-riveted structure, offering high strength, durability, and ease of maintenance. The two shaft holes of the vibrating screen are machined using large CNC boring and milling machines, ensuring coaxiality and machining precision.
The bearings are lubricated with oil circulation, which is more effective than traditional oil lubrication, significantly extending bearing service life and ensuring simple, reliable maintenance. Meanwhile, the transmission section combines three V-belts with U-shaped rubber flexible couplings, ensuring smooth start-up and shutdown of the vibrating screen while reducing belt detachment issues, earning wide recognition from customers.
