Mobile Toilet Vehicle [DMT5140XCSH]

The Dima Mobile Toilet Vehicle is a field sanitation support unit designed to provide reliable toilet facilities during emergency operations and large-scale events.  

Built on a Sinotruk Howo ZZ5187XXYN711GF1 chassis, it features eight independent compartments with both squat and seated toilets  for simultaneous use. Equipped with a vacuum sewage system, 500L clean water and sewage tanks, and intelligent flushing control, it ensures efficient waste management and odor isolation. The vehicle also includes a 10kW generator, ventilation, lighting, and climate control systems, enabling continuous operation in diverse environments while maintaining hygiene and user comfort.

• Core Systems

Vacuum Sewage System 
Equipped with 2.2kW crushing sewage pump and an 80L stainless steel vacuum tank, the system maintains stable suction for efficient waste transfer, odor isolation, and automatic flushing. 

Sanitary Compartment System 
Includes 8 independent toilet compartments, with 6 squat toilets and 2 seated toilets, supporting simultaneous use with integrated lighting, ventilation, tissue boxes, hooks, and waste bins. 

Water Supply & Sewage Storage 
Includes 500L clean water tank and 500L sewage tank with liquid-level monitoring, alarm functions, heating, and sewage discharge interface. A 0.7L vacuum flush supports over 500 uses per tank cycle. 

Climate Control System 
Two 1.5HP inverter air conditioners and 5kW air heater, combined with ventilation fans and skylight escape hatch, ensure stable cabin temperature and air circulation in various climates

High-Frequency Operation
Vacuum flushing technology significantly reduces water consumption while supporting high-frequency usage up to 120 flushes per hour, making the vehicle suitable for high-demand conditions. 

Comfortable User Environment
Each compartment is designed with privacy partitions, ventilation windows, mirrors, sinks, and basic hygiene accessories to improve usability during extended operations. 

Driving Safety Support
Equipped with 360° panoramic driving assistance, tire pressure monitoring, warning lights, and electronic siren, improving vehicle safety during emergency deployment. 

Night Operation Capability
Equipped with external LED field lighting, strobe warning lights, and interior compartment lighting for safe and efficient use at night or in low-visibility environments.

Disaster Relief and Emergency Shelter Support 
After earthquakes, floods, or other emergencies where sanitation infrastructure is damaged, the vehicle's self-contained water and power systems allow it to operate independently to provide hygienic toilet facilities for rescue teams and affected populations.
