The ML Series horizontal screen basket scraper centrifuge is specifically designed for processing 0.15–3mm particle size materials, widely suitable for various coal washing conditions. The core component of the ML centrifuge is a conical wedge wire screen basket horizontally mounted inside the housing. Coal slime water containing fine coal particles enters the equipment from the rear end of the spiral scraper. When the equipment rotates at high speed, centrifugal force accelerates the coal slime water, and the denser coal particles are thrown against the screen surface; the water-based liquid phase passes through the screen and is collected separately.
The spiral scraper and the main drum have a speed differential, and rely on differential rotation to convey the dewatered solid coal particles along the conical screen surface, achieving efficient coal discharge. The dewatered finished coal is discharged from the large end of the cone and can directly enter subsequent processing or external transport.
