It adopts high-pressure forming + activated curing technology, and can efficiently convert metal tailings slag from iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, etc. (with a blending ratio of 70%-90%) into high-strength environmentally friendly building materials, achieving "turning waste into treasure." Its original tailings activation system enhances tailings activity through mechanical grinding + chemical activation (nano-silica-based modifier). Combined with a multi-axis linkage vibration system, it ensures that the compressive strength of tailings bricks is >=MU25 (twice that of ordinary fired bricks), completely solving the problem of traditional tailings bricks being prone to pulverization.
