Machine Overview and Application
The XK(H)AF2416 and XK(H)AF2420 machines are table-traveling CNC gantry boring and milling machines. By optionally equipping a chain-type tool magazine, automatic tool changing via a manipulator can be achieved, transforming the machine into a fixed-beam gantry machining center. This machine is a general-purpose machining equipment.
The machine is equipped with a three-axis machining ram, enabling manual or automatic three-axis machining functions. This series of machines is suitable for rough and finish machining of large ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts, and can perform CNC machining operations such as milling, boring, drilling, and tapping. It also has CNC machining capability for inclined surfaces, 2D curved surfaces, and 3D curved surfaces. The machine is widely used for parts machining in mechanical manufacturing industries such as aerospace, aviation, machine tools, rolling stock, and printing machinery.
