Product Overview
The electro-hydraulic controlled directional valve is used to control the extension and retraction of the leg cylinders and various jacks of hydraulic supports. It uses a relatively small electromagnetic force to control a large flow of hydraulic fluid, thereby facilitating the automatic control of hydraulic supports.
The electro-hydraulic controlled directional valve consists of two parts: an electromagnetic pilot valve and a hydraulic-controlled main valve. The hydraulic-controlled main valve is composed of a main valve body, a valve spool, a return fluid check valve, a filter, etc., and is the actuating element of the electro-hydraulic control system. The electro-hydraulic controlled directional valve adopts an integral cartridge-type structure. In addition to being controlled by the electromagnetic pilot valve, the directional valve is also equipped with a manual control button for convenient maintenance and operation.

Flexible reversing performance
The reversing action is flexible and accurate, with no jamming.
Good sealing performance
When the directional valve is in the middle position and the pressure is within the range of 6MPa to its nominal pressure, there should be no leakage; when the directional valve is in the working position and the pressure is within the range of 10MPa to its nominal pressure, there should be no leakage.
High strength
When the directional valve in the middle position and working position bears a load pressure of 1.5 times the working pressure, there should be no fluid leakage or damage.
Strong durability
The directional valve still meets the requirements after 30,000 operating cycles.
Product Features
The directional valve has an integral structure and is made of high-quality stainless steel, and the valve spool adopts a cartridge type.
The electrical interface of the pilot valve adopts a quick-plug connection with U-shaped pin fixation, providing excellent waterproof and corrosion-resistant performance.
The solenoid valve drive interface adopts a threaded connection sealing form with reliable waterproof performance.
A pilot valve filter is installed in the directional valve group, with a filtration accuracy of no less than 25μm, strong contaminant holding capacity, and a filtration area ≥3500mm².
