Product Overview
The electro-hydraulic control system for self-advancing trains is independently developed, designed, and manufactured by Xiangming Zhikong. The system comprises multiple controllers, DC stabilized power supplies, adapters, switches, LED signal lights, solenoid valve drivers, electro-hydraulic directional valves, backwash filters, and intrinsically safe remote controls.
The system adopts a master station + slave station architecture, capable of cascading multiple slave stations to meet the control and sensor acquisition requirements of ultra-long trains. This design enables any controller to initiate control commands, any controller to perform emergency stop and lockout, and full-train remote control signal coverage. Remote control within line of sight is more convenient and flexible, improving safety factors.
All devices within the electro-hydraulic control system have undergone rigorous testing procedures and can maintain stable working performance even in extremely harsh operating environments.
Product Functions
Meets ultra-long train control requirements
The system adopts a master station + slave station architecture. Both the master station and slave stations can connect to 2 sets of solenoid valve controllers and 48-function electro-hydraulic directional valves, meeting the control requirements of ultra-long trains.
Enables one-key self-advancing automated control
The system can achieve closed-loop one-key self-advancing automated control by adding sensor data acquisition.
Local + remote control modes
Local control via controller buttons + solenoid pilot valve buttons, with full-train remote control signal coverage, ensuring remote control operation within line of sight, better adapting to on-site usage requirements.
Working condition status display
The 3.5-inch LCD screen on the controller can not only display current operation actions but also display real-time data collected by various sensors added according to customer requirements, better presenting the equipment's operating status.

Typical Applications
In coal mine fully mechanized mining faces, self-advancing trains are used to carry equipment such as load centers and emulsion pump stations, and advance along with the progress of the coal mining face. Self-advancing trains equipped with electro-hydraulic control systems have changed the traditional habit of manually operating valve groups. Full-train remote control signal coverage and local + remote control modes facilitate control of self-advancing trains, improve the working environment, reduce labor intensity, and enhance safety factors. The one-key self-advancing function enables continuity of actions during fully mechanized mining, improving the working efficiency of fully mechanized mining faces.
The electro-hydraulic control system for self-advancing trains reserves network communication interfaces, facilitating real-time status monitoring and control of equipment by remote monitoring terminals.
