Overview
The JXM non-metallic transparent metering box is a terminal metering device that integrates miniature switches and electricity meters, molded from SMC unsaturated polyester glass fiber reinforced material. It is suitable for various residential buildings, high-rise buildings, hotels, shopping malls, courtyards, villas, and other architectural occasions.
Performance Description
The JXM non-metallic transparent metering box is injection-molded from imported polycarbonate engineering plastic, which features UV resistance, non-metallic flame retardancy, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, strong external force resistance, impact resistance, and high transparency. The base part of the box body is made of insulating material with non-metallic flame retardancy, UV resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong external force resistance, complying with the provisions of GB17466-1998.
1. The appearance is flat and smooth, free of cracks and scratches, with no obvious bubbles and good transparency. The surface has no poor curing, pinholes, impregnation, cracks, or obvious bubbles. The components inside the box are compactly structured with a reasonable layout, and the wiring routes are smooth, clear, and neat, allowing clear observation of the wiring of each component inside the box from different angles and timely detection of faults. The base is equipped with an integrated wiring groove to standardize and facilitate wiring.
2. The meter box is tightly fastened as a whole. Multi-position boxes (4 meters and above) are fastened using a combination of metal anti-rust hinges and sliding buckles, capable of opening 180° for convenient maintenance. The upper cover and base of the product can be protected by a triple interlocking system of anti-theft bolts, lead seals, and padlocks, all of which are within an enclosed space, effectively providing waterproof, anti-rust, anti-aging, and anti-theft protection.
3. The box cover is injection-molded from transparent polycarbonate "PC" material, and the box bottom is injection-molded from ABS engineering plastic. The thickness of multi-position boxes is ≥30mm, and the dimensional deviation of each component is no greater than ±1 mm. The performance meets the technical standards such as HG2503-93 issued by the national chemical industry.
