Overview
The JP series outdoor integrated distribution box is an outdoor comprehensive distribution device that integrates metering, outgoing lines, reactive power compensation and other functions. It features short-circuit, overload, overvoltage and leakage protection functions. With its compact size, attractive appearance, and economic practicality, it is installed on the pole of outdoor pole-mounted transformers and is an ideal new-generation distribution product for urban and rural power grid renovation.
Operating Environment
1. Ambient temperature: -25℃ to +40℃;
2. Relative air humidity: daily average not exceeding 90%, monthly average not exceeding 90%;
3. Altitude: not exceeding 2000m;
4. Installed in locations free from severe vibration and impact, and free from corrosive gases.
Structural Features
The box structure is available in vertical and horizontal types. The enclosure is made of 2mm high-quality stainless steel plate bent through multiple edge-folding processes (or honeycomb-structured stainless steel double-sandwich composite panels, featuring flame retardancy, environmental friendliness, thermal insulation, and anti-condensation properties). Special stainless steel welding technology is adopted. After forming, the box body has high overall strength and a mirror-smooth surface with no visible weld seams. The internal mounting beams (plates) are hot-dip galvanized to ensure no corrosion within twenty years. The box body has front and rear doors for easy user operation and maintenance. High-elasticity, aging-resistant sealing strips are fitted around the doors. Each door is equipped with both visible and concealed locks, and the visible lock is fitted with a rain cover that prevents clogging and rust. The metering compartment is fully enclosed with a lead seal device. The side of the box body is equipped with cable conduit entries for incoming cables that are rain-proof and foreign-object-proof. The bottom is punched with ventilation holes and cable outlet holes. The top is provided with ventilation ducts and wire mesh. It features waterproof, rust-proof, dust-proof and foreign-object-proof functions. Protection rating: IP54.
