The GYPL-90D wheeled hydraulic wet shotcrete machine is a mobile version of the 90D, developed by adding a wheeled traveling chassis to the GYP-90D hydraulic wet shotcrete machine. Its working principle, operation, and maintenance are the same as those of the GYP-90D. It is a mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic integrated equipment that uses the thrust generated by a hydraulic pump to make two cylinders move alternately in a reciprocating manner, delivering dense-flow material through a delivery pipe to the mixing pipe, where compressed air forms a thin flow that is sent through the pipe to the nozzle. A certain proportion of accelerator is added at the nozzle, and the material is sprayed directly onto the receiving surface. It is widely used in the construction of highways, railways, tunnels, hydropower stations, and other engineering projects.
The whole vehicle has stable performance, few wear parts, and low maintenance and use costs. The high-manganese steel cast one-piece nozzle is smoother and more wear-resistant, with small shotcrete pulsation and good continuity. The spraying volume can be adjusted as needed. The electrical system adopts PLC centralized control, offering reliable operation, long service life, and procedural operation. The accelerator dosage is steplessly adjustable.
