The GYZ-4E Intelligent Dual-Liquid Mixing and Grouting Integrated Machine is a new-generation dual-liquid mixing and grouting integrated machine intelligently upgraded from the original GYZ-4D. Compared with the original GYZ-4D, it offers advantages such as more reliable performance and greater intelligence. It is widely used in tunnel excavation and maintenance, foundation engineering for roads, bridges, dams, mines, and high-rise buildings, as well as various grouting operations. This equipment is an integrated mixing and grouting machine. The mixing section adopts a vertical double-layer stirring design, with the upper layer being a mixing tank and the lower layer being a storage tank. The grouting section adopts a fully hydraulic single-cylinder double-acting piston pump. This structural design not only reduces equipment investment but also improves grouting efficiency and lowers the labor intensity of on-site workers.
