The mining rotor-type concrete spraying machine PS7I&5I/PC7I&5I is a shotcrete equipment specially designed for underground use based on the characteristics of coal mine production, in accordance with MT/T547--2006 and Q/STL003-2011 standards. It features reasonable structure, stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, and long service life. Equipped with explosion-proof motor, flame-retardant and anti-static combination plate, nozzle, and rail wheels, it can adapt to shotcrete operations in mine roadways.
Product Advantages
• Straight-through rotor, reducing cleaning and maintenance workload
Adopts a unique straight-through rotor, with a liner in each circular hole. The liner is a rubber material chamber made of non-stick material, thereby improving the machine's ability to handle wet material and reducing cleaning and maintenance workload.
• Added alloy liner plate
There is a liner plate on each of the upper and lower surfaces of the rotor body, made of alloy steel, extending service life.
• Special rubber combination plate
There are upper and lower combination plates, made of special rubber, very wear-resistant, with added flame retardant and anti-static agents, extending service life.
• Screw force application, avoiding excessive wear, extending service life
Adopts screw force application and automatic compression device, improving sealing effect and reducing dust escape; at the same time, it can also avoid excessive wear caused by the combination plate being pressed too tightly, extending the service life of wearing parts.
