The rotary grate permanent magnetic separator consists of three parts: an annular magnetic grate, a stainless steel housing, and a gear motor. During operation, the gear motor is energized to drive the annular magnetic grate outside the housing to rotate, effectively preventing bridging and clogging when materials flow through the magnetic separator, and efficiently removing magnetic impurities from loose and caked materials.
The rotary grate permanent magnetic separator is mainly used for processing powdery materials that are prone to bridging. It is widely used in industries such as food, food additives, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, battery cathode and anode materials, pigments, carbon black, and flame retardants.
