The drawer-type iron remover consists of a permanent magnetic grate and an outer stainless steel housing. It can be directly installed on powder pipelines or chutes through which materials pass. The permanent magnetic grate adopts single-layer or multi-layer staggered arrangement of super-strong rare earth permanent magnetic bars, which can effectively remove fine iron contaminants (up to 12.5mm) mixed in freely falling powder or granular materials, improving product purity. According to customer requirements, it can be designed with manual cleaning, manual scraper cleaning, or fully automatic cleaning.
