Designed to bevel and face tube from 1.25” to 3.5” O.D. (31.8 to 88.9mm), the MB Plus is an all new machine that sets the benchmark for boiler tube weld prep and facing machine tools. MORE DURABLE The MB Plus™ is built extra rugged – a new more powerful air motor is connected to a hardened steel gearbox driving a heat treated main shaft supported by larger bearing surfaces. The MB Plus retains the same quick setup, compact dimensions and superb balance of the old model for ease of use and reduced operator fatigue. Its ratcheting handles for drawbar tightening and tool feed are ideal for the limited clearance environments normally encountered in the field.
