I. Product Overview

II. Product Features

1. Special controller:

The controller panel utilizes a dot matrix LCD screen with Chinese display capability. It features status display and query functions, parameter query and setting capabilities, as well as manual and automatic selection switching functions.

The Control Board has RS485 communication port with a communication distance of 800 meters. Program parameters provide local and remote control mode settings. The controller has good electrical isolation performance and is powered by switching power supply, the voltage adaptation range is wide, and the surface of the controller is coated with CRC three-proof paint according to IPC-CC-830B standards, which can effectively prevent moisture, salt spray, weak acid and weak alkali from eroding the controller, the host and the control panel adopt the communication mode of differential band verification, and the passive receiving and active inquiry methods are combined with each other, so that the host and the control panel are highly consistent, and the communication is very stable and reliable, all input and output points are regulated 5V control, effectively avoid misoperation caused by voltage fluctuations; With four remote function, through the upper computer and the corresponding management software can realize the unit temperature and humidity sensor data acquisition, parameter setting and query, running status and fault information query, can remotely control the air conditioner switch control. 

2. Protection and alarm function:

The unit control system has the system pressure, low-pressure protection function, exhaust temperature protection function, and motor overheating protection, when the protection point is triggered to make the air conditioning effective automatic shutdown protection, and alarm instructions, the corresponding fault code is displayed. 

The unit control system is equipped with a linkage alarm point of external input. When the unit control receives an external alarm, it will forcibly shut down the air conditioner, send out an alarm indication and upload alarm information. 

3. Wheel duty switching function:

The air conditioner can be equipped with a wheel value switching function, which is very suitable for the application of adding an air conditioner standby machine in some remote places and important scenes. It can realize the functions of automatic Dual-machine Rotation operation, fault switching operation and high load automatic operation of the standby machine, achieving high security needs. 

4. Power-off self-start:

To be suitable for the unstable state of the power supply grid in some villages or in the field, the self-starting function is specially designed for power failure. When the power comes back soon after a sudden power failure, the unit memorizes and keeps the running state of the air conditioner before the power failure and starts running automatically. 

5. High sensible heat ratio

The unit has the characteristics of large air volume and small enthalpy difference, and the sensible heat ratio reaches more than 85% so that the room can be cooled quickly without being too dry. 

6. Cold and hot double setting function

The special air conditioner has the function of independent preset temperature control for cooling and heating and can set their respective control temperatures respectively, and realize unattended operation in automatic mode. 

7. High humidity dehumidification function

When applied in mountainous areas, the south, and near the river and sea areas, the surrounding environment humidity is high, and high humidity is inevitable in the box. The air conditioner has the function of professional-grade temperature compensation and deep dehumidification to ensure electrical safety. 

8. Annual cooling capacity

The internal calorific value of the electrical box is large, and the operation needs to be refrigerated throughout the year. The special air conditioner is equipped with countermeasure accessories and control logic to enable the product to operate stably and reliably in a severe cold environment. 

9. Fresh Air Micro Positive Pressure Technology

To improve the dustproof ability, the electric box cabin can be equipped with fresh air slight positive pressure function, and some fresh air is forced into the room by the blower to form a slight positive pressure to prevent dust from penetrating through the gap of the box cabin, the new air outlet can be equipped with primary nylon or F5 bag non-woven fabric for two-stage filtration. 

10、Self-cleaning function

The unit can be equipped with an automatic cleaning device for the filter screen, and the filter screen of different filter levels can be selected according to the needs. The automatic device can automatically process the sundries collected by the filter screen regularly to realize the automatic cleaning function of the return air filter screen, and avoid frequent disassembly and replacement of the filter screen, effectively saving manual cleaning costs. 

11、High Energy Efficiency ratio

The product adopts a high-efficiency compressor and heat exchanger designed with high richness. It can also be equipped with a higher-efficiency EC step-less speed regulating fan to make the product have a higher energy efficiency ratio and meet the requirements of energy saving and consumption reduction. 

12、Fresh air cooling function

The air conditioner can be equipped with low ambient temperature automatic fresh air refrigeration function, and equipped with a peripheral independent fresh air filter fan box to realize integrated joint control of air conditioner and fresh air, with step-less adjustment of fresh air volume, convenient filter maintenance, energy saving, and consumption reduction capability. 

13、Anti-corrosion function

According to the different occasions of users, the special air conditioner carries out anti-corrosion treatment for sheet metal material, heat exchanger material, pipeline, and other parts, which can reach WF2 and C5-M anti-corrosion levels.
