Panel

The new composite sandwich double-layer thermal insulation panel is made of color steel plate, galvanized plate and intermediate hard polyurethane thermal insulation material. The frame adopts PVC plate edge strip to partition the cold bridge between the double-layer plate and aluminum profile. 

● It has good performance in heat preservation, sound insulation, fire prevention, strength, service life and cleanliness. 

● Panel heat transfer coefficient k≤ 0.03W/m2 · K. 

● The fire performance of the panel meets the requirements of CSTBM1 fire rating. 

● The positive and negative pressure inspection doors of large air volume, large air pressure and large size units adopt air pressure sticking sealing technology, which has the air tight effect of increasing pressure.

Humidification section

There are several kinds of humidifiers to choose from

● Dry steam humidifier isothermal humidification, all stainless steel manufacturing, corrosion resistance, small size, easy installation, clean humidification, high humidification efficiency, electric and manual two options. Suitable for humidifying occasions with a steam source. 

● Electrode humidifier: the use of AC power supply directly to the tap water processing to produce clean steam, microcomputer control, there are proportional adjustment and switch adjustment of two control modes. Suitable for no steam source of the process of humidification occasions. 

● Vaporization type (wet film) humidifier: the use of wet film material to absorb moisture, The air stream evaporates and vaporizes through the wet film, the air at the same time has a washing and filtering effect, and can double as a water baffle. Direct water supply or circulating water can be used. 

● High-pressure spray humidifier: The tap water is pressurized and atomized by the nozzle to produce fine droplets that evaporate and humidify in the air. When selecting a high-pressure spray humidifier, the humidification efficiency should be considered, generally 40 to 50%. 

Silencing section

● According to different requirements and the characteristics of fan noise, two ways can be used: microporous plate muffler or perforated plate built-in sound-absorbing cotton. When the airflow passes through the perforated plate built-in sound-absorbing cotton muffler, it has a good silencing effect on medium and high-frequency noise. The inside of the microplate muffler is a cavity, which is designed and manufactured by using the principle of resonance sound absorption in physics. It has the advantages of no pollution and no moisture. It has an effective silencing effect on low-frequency and partial intermediate-frequency noise. The silencing section is divided into return air silencing and supply air silencing.

Filter section

● The medium-efficiency filter meets the requirements for unit area mass, resistance, mechanical performance, antistatic properties, moisture absorption, flame resistance, and filtration efficiency in accordance with GB/T14295-2008. The high-efficiency filter complies with other relevant national standards.

Classification:

- Preliminary-efficiency filter, plate and bag type optional, filter material for chemical fiber, non-woven fabric. 

- Medium-efficiency filter, available in plate type, bag type and dense pleated type. The filter is made of chemical fiber, non-woven fabric or glass fiber. 

- Sub-high efficiency filter, bag type and dense pleated type are available, and the filter material is glass fiber. 

- High-efficiency filter, with dense pleated and large air volume box options, the filter material is glass fiber. 

Electronic purification

Dust removal and purification

● Ionize the suspended particles in the air passing through the purification electric field, make all the suspended particles in the air (as small as 0.01 microns) positively attached by the high-voltage electrostatic field, and then be quickly absorbed by the dust collection plate, to achieve the purpose of efficient dust removal and purification. The one-time dust removal efficiency is greater than 98.9%. 

Sterilization purification

● The discharge electrode generates plasma under high pressure, and the plasma will quickly destroy and completely kill the nuclei of bacteria, viruses, dust mites and other microorganisms in the air, and the residual substances will be sintered and adsorbed by the dust collection plate at the same time, the sterilization rate is as high as 99%, which completely eliminates the use of central air-conditioning systems for reproduction and transmission of bacteria, viruses and infectious diseases, and completely eliminates cross-infection. The efficiency of one-time pass-through the bacteria is greater than 95%. 

Activated carbon adsorption section

Fan system

Motor

● The motor is a well-known brand air-cooled fully enclosed three-phase asynchronous motor, the protection level is IP54,(optional IP55),F-class insulation, with higher reliability and service life. 

●The motor adopts an optimized design, which has higher efficiency and can produce a considerable energy saving effect. 

● The service life of the bearing under design conditions is greater than 75000 hours. 

● The standard power supply is 380V/3p/50Hz. 

● The motor can be equipped with single-speed 2-pole, 4-pole, 6-pole, two-speed motor, three-speed motor and frequency conversion special motor. 

Drive system

● With cone sleeve pulley, precision processing, good dynamic and static balance performance, and easy disassembly and assembly. 

● V-shaped V-belt, flexible and contact area increases, strong layer moves up, transmission efficiency ≥ 90%, large transmission power, a high number of flexible rotations, longer service life, and can withstand large preload.

Heat exchanger --- cold water coil, hot water coil, steam coil, evaporation coil, condensing coil, heat recovery coil

● All the coils are optimized by professional thermal software design, not only can meet the requirements of typical working conditions with good performance but also can be specially designed and manufactured according to the actual needs of customers, with good performance to meet the specific requirements of different users. 

The main structure of high-efficiency coil:

(1) The staggered copper tubes are connected in series with louvers/Star-shaped aluminum fins, which not only provides sufficient air-side disturbance and high heat exchange efficiency, but also reduces air-side resistance. 

(2) The secondary flanging and interference mechanical expansion make the fins and copper tubes in close contact, reducing the heat transfer resistance. 

(3) The circuit flow optimization design scheme takes into account the higher liquid side heat exchange efficiency and lower liquid side resistance.

(4) A variety of sheet spacing and tube row combinations can meet a wide range of cooling and heating needs. 

● When there is a need for anti-corrosion and acid and alkali resistance, it is recommended to use coated aluminum or copper sheets, as well as electrophoresis. 

● In addition to cold water coils, there are hot water coils and steam coils to choose from. 

● All coils undergo a 2.5MPa air pressure leak test. 

● Large temperature difference on liquid side: coil design with low flow rate, high circulation and large pipe row can be widely used in ice storage, brine and ethylene glycol systems, and is suitable for liquid side temperature difference range: 5~12 ℃, 3~12 ℃, 6~15 ℃. 

● Large temperature difference on the air side: graded homogeneous temperature refrigeration, large flow, high density, multi-tube coil design, can be widely used for fresh air refrigeration, refrigeration dehumidification and small flow rapid cooling needs. 

● The inlet and outlet pipes of the coil are provided with optional interface types such as external thread (default standard), flange or clamp groove type. 

● When the wind speed exceeds 2.5 m/s, a multi-fold waveform hook groove type water baffle can be configured. When the wind speed exceeds 3.5 m/s, the water flow rate is ≤ 0.31 g/kg dry air. 

● All loop processes are designed according to the principle of gravity self-drainage, and drainage and antifreeze can be realized in winter. 

Heater

● Optional steam coil, hot water coil, heat recovery coil, fin electric heating tube, burner or PTC electric heating tube, etc. 

Water Basin

● The bottom basin adopts unique large slope dry antibacterial structure, which can effectively inhibit the retention of sewage and the growth of bacteria. ● The Middle basin is used for the double coil pipes connected in parallel up and down to avoid a large amount of water in the lower coil and improve the heat exchange efficiency of the double coil. 

● The water basin drain is provided with an external thread directly, and the external water seal device (optional) can ensure smooth drainage without overflow. 

● All water basins have passed the leak test to ensure that there is no hidden danger of water leakage.

Runner-type heat recovery device

● The overall winding + fixed spoke structure, structure is firm and stable, can be safely operated in the range of -40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃, the service life can reach more than 15 years, can be cleaned with high-pressure air, can also be used with water, steam, solution, and another cleaning. 

● The heat recovery rate can reach more than 80%, and the pressure loss is small. 

● Full heat recovery and sensible heat recovery can be selected according to needs, and the product series is complete. 

● The rotating speed of the wheel heat exchanger is evenly controlled at 10~12 r/min minutes per minute. 

● Wheel core material for special alloy aluminum, high heat transfer coefficient, anti-chlorine, corrosion resistance, long service life. 

● The use of thick aluminum foil, and corrugated height has a variety of specifications to choose from, the wheel core honeycomb is a triangle. 

● High sealing performance of runner. Adopting a double wear-resistant waterproof brush and rubber-plastic interlayer structure, the runner surface flatness is high, the seal is tight, and the air leakage rate is low. Double cleaning sectors can be installed to control the mixed air rate within 1%. 

● Transmission motor, lifelong lubrication, maintenance-free, no need to add lubricating oil, insulation grade F, protection grade ip54.

● The drive belt has a self-tensioning device, so there is no need to adjust the belt length frequently. 

Plate heat recovery device

● New and exhaust air heat exchange in Plate-fin Heat Exchanger. Different heat exchanger materials, it can be divided into sensible heat exchanger and total heat exchanger, and the heat recovery efficiency can reach more than 60%. 

● The Plate-fin Heat Exchanger is installed statically, which makes it easy to arrange the airflow channel in the equipment to reduce the volume of the whole machine. 

● Indoor and outdoor two-way ventilation, fresh air, and dirty air equal replacement, according to customer requirements can realize positive and negative pressure operation; Fresh air and exhaust air are completely separated to completely avoid cross-contamination. 

Intermediate medium-type heat recovery device

● The intermediate medium (usually water or glycol solution) flows in the intermediate heat exchanger respectively located in the new and exhaust systems, and is brought into the fresh air by the cold (hot) cold in the exhaust air, applied to the air conditioning system with small temperature difference, the sensible heat can be recovered, and the heat recovery efficiency is about 50%. 

Heat pipe heat recovery device

● The heat pipe heat recovery device is a heat exchange element that uses the phase change of the working medium (such as ammonia, Freon, etc.) for heat transfer. The heat pipe heat recovery device has a compact structure, adopts a fully enclosed design, and has high heat recovery efficiency, and no loss.

Pedestal

● The base adopts high-strength plate forming or channel steel integral welding, the base has high strength and corrosion resistance. 

● The base height is ≥ 80mm, and the base height can be customized according to the requirements of the water seal height and the actual foundation height dimension of the project. 

● In the middle of the base, the vertical and horizontal layout of the middle of the base is designed according to the load-bearing needs of the internal components on the bottom surface. It is conducive to the uniform load-bearing of the base and the installation ground, improves the overall structural strength of the unit, ensures internal flatness and safe maintenance of the unit, and helps to reduce the vibration of the unit. 

● All bases are equipped with lifting holes and mounting holes (connecting holes) to facilitate the lifting and positioning of the unit on site. 

Vibration damping system

● Independent suspension-type vibration reduction system, so that the fan and motor run more quietly, reducing the noise and energy loss caused by air disturbance. 

●The closed combined shock absorber with self-locking combines the advantages of damping vibration reduction, air vibration reduction and spring vibration reduction, and the vibration reduction efficiency reaches more than 95%. 

● An integral base carries the fan and motor, and according to the load distribution of each part, the corresponding configuration of different types and quantities of shock absorbers. Avoid beating, anti-vibration and resonance, so that the fan and motor run more smoothly and comfortably

● The flexible soft connection isolation is adopted between the fan and the box body to avoid vibration transmission, and the soft connection material meets the fire protection requirements. 

Air volume regulating valve

● Type: closed split multi-leaf control valve, optional manual, electric, manual/Electric Integrated adjustment mode

● Material: Configurable galvanized sheet and aluminum alloy material. 

● Characteristics: gear transmission and blade opening angle into a linear relationship, H = 0.035, the valve adjustment characteristics of the ideal. 

● Use: manual or automatic adjustment control for airflow organization, distribution, throttling and bypass.
