The SF₆ gas insulated ring grid cabinet of XJZN-S-HXGN was modular in design. With its perfect unification of fixed form and flexible expansion, it not only suited to the requirements of end users or network nodes, but also met the needs of various distribution open-closed cells, box-type substations, and cable branch boxes. It had the characteristics of compact structure, safety and reliability, long life, and maintenance-free. In order to adapt to the automation of distribution network and improve the reliability of distribution, with the use of station terminal (DTU), it can be used to collect data, wireless transmission of data, to achieve remote monitoring of the operating status and failure of the main component, remote meter reading, remote operation, etc.

● Fully sealed, fully insulated: all high-voltage live parts of the main components are sealed

In the SF₆ gas box filled with low pressure, it has excellent moisture resistance and condensation resistance characteristics, which is stable, safe and reliable.

● Small size of the cabinet: the use of three-station rotary load switch, effectively reduce the number of parts. The vacuum circuit breaker is filled with SF6 insulating gas to make the whole structure tighter. The current limiting fuse is also developing to miniaturization, and the combination of the two makes the cabinet smaller and smaller;

● Modular design: The use of modular design scheme, the basic module unit can be arbitrarily combined, any module can use silicone rubber bus connector to achieve arbitrary expansion and connection;

● High insulation performance: the gas box is laser welded with stainless steel plate, and the protection level can reach IP67;

● Fully shielded cable inlet and outlet.
