XJZN-S-HXGN SF₆ gas insulated ring main unit adopts modular design. With its perfect combination of fixed type and flexible expansion, it is suitable for the requirements of end users or network nodes, and at the same time meets the needs of various distribution switchgears, box-type substations, and cable branch boxes. It has the characteristics of compact structure, safety and reliability, long life, and maintenance-free. In order to adapt to the requirements of distribution network automation and improve the reliability of distribution, it can be used with the use of station terminals (DTU) to collect data, transmit data wirelessly, and realize remote monitoring of the operating status and faults of the main components, remote meter reading, and remote operation.

● Fully sealed and fully insulated: All main components of high-voltage live parts are fully sealed

● In the low-pressure SF₆ gas tank, it has excellent moisture-proof and anti-condensation properties, and operates stably, safely and reliably;

● Small cabinet size: The three-position rotary load switch is used to effectively reduce the number of parts. The vacuum circuit breaker is filled with SF6 insulating gas to make the overall structure more compact. The current-limiting fuse is also developing towards miniaturization. The combination of the two makes the cabinet smaller and smaller;

● Modular design: The modular design scheme is adopted, and its basic module units can be arbitrarily combined. Any module can be arbitrarily expanded and connected using silicone rubber busbar connectors;

● High insulation performance: The gas tank is completed by laser welding of stainless steel plates, and the protection level can reach IP67;

● Fully shielded cable inlet and outlet.
