The controller is wall-mounted and can form an industrial gas alarm system with our company's XH800 two-wire series point-type gas detector. The central processor of the controller processes the data uploaded by the detector, and finally completes the functions of data display, output control and data recording. The controller adopts a color TFT liquid crystal display, which is clear, simple and intuitive. It can display the gas measurement concentration value and status information of each detector connected to it in real time. The alarm status is presented in the form of sound/light. When the gas concentration in any protected area exceeds the set alarm threshold, the controller can send out the corresponding sound and light alarm and control signals. At the same time, record the key data, including high/low limit alarm, fault alarm, etc. ◆ Simple wiring and easy installation. The controller and the detector adopt a two-wire communication bus, and the power supply and the communication are multiplexed, so that only two wires are needed in total, and the two wires are not divided. All detectors can be connected to the bus with various topological structures such as hand-in-hand or star, and have strong anti-interference capability. It greatly reduces the cost of wire and the difficulty of on-site construction wiring, and avoids the damage of lines and equipment caused by the wrong wiring of workers.
