Product structure characteristics of photovoltaic power generation prefabricated substation (Huabian structure)
1. The box transformer is divided into three parts: high-voltage chamber, low-voltage chamber and transformer, which are arranged according to the vertical type. Except for the transformer heat sink and body exposed to the outside of the box, all other live intervals are sealed in a separate compartment. The compartment is isolated into an independent partition , and a lower manhole is provided in the box to facilitate installation and maintenance.

2. The inside and outside of the box are  smooth, without rust, coating peeling and bump damage, and the coating layer is firm and uniform, without obvious contrast and reflection.

3. The base of the box and all exposed metal parts are treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust, and coated with a durable protective layer.

4. The top cover of the box is equipped with a rain-proof sealing cover plate and a rain-proof eaves, and the double-layer structure of the box top cover can prevent heat radiation.
5. The design size of the box change door is matched with the size of the equipment installed, the box change door adopts an inner hinge, and all the doors on the box body are open outward, and the opening angle is not greater than 90".

6. The box body is made of stainless steel plate, and the paint is imported automobile paint, all of which are made of fanning paint, which is anti-smoke, anti-humidity and heat, anti-mildew, and strong outdoor weather resistance. The area where the photovoltaic power station is located has low temperature, large temperature difference, high humidity, windy sand, and the box transformer has a reasonable protective structure, dustproof structure and low temperature resistance, which can meet the requirements of normal and safe operation under harsh environmental conditions.
