The hazardous (solid) waste heat boiler is designed to utilize the waste heat from flue gases produced by the incineration of hazardous waste. The flue gases from hazardous waste incineration are characterized by high temperatures and corrosive properties, making temperature reduction and anti-corrosion critical features of the boiler.
Boiler Features:
- The boiler utilizes a two to four-channel full membrane wall structure.
- It operates with a single steam drum in a natural circulation system.
- After passing through the waste heat boiler, the final exhaust gas temperature is reduced to 500~550°C.
