Overview:

The FZW28-12F outdoor sectionalizing vacuum load switch (referred to as the sectionalizing switch) is designed for installation on outdoor poles and features manual closing and electric operation functions. The switch body incorporates technology from Toshiba's VSP5-12 and is a maintenance-free load switch. It utilizes vacuum for arc extinguishing and SF6 gas as the insulating medium for both phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground insulation.

The FZW28-12F outdoor sectionalizing vacuum load switch is equipped with fault detection, protection control, and communication functions. It is installed on 10kV overhead lines and can automatically clear single-phase ground faults and isolate phase-to-phase short circuit faults. The installation point is suitable for the responsibility boundary point of user incoming lines on 10kV distribution lines, and it can also be used at branch line connections that meet the requirements.

Normal Operating Conditions:

• Ambient air temperature: upper limit not exceeding 40°C, lower limit not exceeding -45°C;
• Wind speed not exceeding 35 m/s;
• Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters, with seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees;
• Environmental humidity: monthly average relative humidity not exceeding 90%; daily average relative humidity not exceeding 95%;
• Ice cover thickness not exceeding 10mm;
• Installation sites should be free from flammable, explosive, chemically corrosive substances, and frequent severe vibrations;
• Neutral grounding methods: ungrounded neutral, neutral grounded through an arc suppression coil, or neutral grounded through a small resistor.
