Overview:

The SF6XGN-12 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear is a three-phase AC 50Hz switchgear fully insulated and sealed with SF6 gas. It features a modular design, using vacuum circuit breakers, load switches, load switch-fuse combination units, and isolation switches as functional units. These are housed within a sealed gas compartment to form various gas-filled unit cells. The busbars can be extended in either direction through busbar connectors, and the input/output cables use plug-in connections. This switchgear is unaffected by environmental conditions, offers high safety, requires no maintenance, and provides strong reliability.

It is widely used in industrial and civilian ring network distribution systems and at the supply ends, particularly suitable for small secondary substations, industrial and mining enterprise substations, urban residential areas, airports, railways, and similar locations.

Operating Conditions:

• Ambient air temperature: -40°C to +40°C, with a daily temperature variation not exceeding 35°C;
• Altitude not exceeding 4000 meters (if the operating altitude exceeds 1000 meters, please specify);
• Surrounding air should be free from corrosive gases and/or flammable, explosive gases, and the installation site should be free from severe impacts; pollution level should not exceed Grade III as specified in GB/T5582;
• Seismic intensity: 8 degrees;
• The induced electromagnetic interference in the secondary system should not exceed 1.6kV;
• Special operating conditions: If the operating conditions differ from those mentioned above, the user must consult with the manufacturer to reach an agreement.
