The PMS precious metal separator utilizes technologies such as X-ray recognition, intelligent measurement and control, and negative pressure suction to concentrate and recover precious metals like gold, silver, platinum, and palladium from furnace slag. The system features continuous real-time detection, single particle identification, and various functions. The recognition module and execution module can be freely combined as needed, helping the precious metal sorting from furnace slag enter a new era of intelligent sorting.

Functional Configuration:

The PMS200 precious metal sorter can sort furnace slag with a size below 20mm, with a processing capacity of 200 to 300 kg/h, operating voltage of 220V, rated power of 5kW, detection frequency of 12Hz, and an air source pressure of up to 700 kPa, with an airflow rate of 9300L/min. After connecting the power supply and high-pressure air source, users only need to feed the raw materials directly into the inlet for automatic sorting.
