The XRT intelligent dry sorter has seen widespread application in the pre-throwing waste field for minerals in the 60-12 (10) mm particle size range. However, there is still a lack of high-precision, high-stability intelligent dry sorting technology for raw ores in the 12-5 mm particle size range. To further expand the particle size range for intelligent dry sorting, Meiteng Technology has independently developed the MDS Intelligent Small Particle Dry Sorter based on the XRT sorter, achieving deep intelligent sorting of minerals.

   The use of a high-speed throwing material mode allows for fast material movement and large processing capacity.

   With a short belt layout effectively controlling the equipment length (approximately 5 m) and a flattened design controlling the height (approximately 2 m), the overall equipment volume is small, making it particularly suitable for spaces with constraints, such as old factories.

Note: The processing capacity of the equipment is related to the actual density of minerals, and the selection coefficient in the treatment of different minerals:

  1. Processing capacity selection coefficient 1.0, including: phosphate rock, vanadium ore, potassium feldspar, etc;
  2. Processing capacity selection coefficient 1.1, including: fluorite ore, manganese ore;
  3. Processing capacity selection coefficient 1.2, including: iron ore, barite.
