The hydraulic feedback oil pump designed by our company can extract crude oil with a viscosity of up to 4000 mPa·s.

Structural Features:

The upper and lower pump cylinders and the upper and lower plungers are organically connected to form a sealed pumping chamber. The inlet and outlet valves are only installed on the piston to ensure that the upper piston’s floating valve closes during the downward stroke, achieving hydraulic feedback.

This pump has no fixed valves and does not require a blow-off device to be installed underground. Additionally, it allows for downhole testing and thermal recovery with gas injection without moving the tubing.

Materials for standard components, various heat treatment processes, and surface treatment processes can be utilized to meet the requirements for product strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance according to the well conditions.
