1. Product Structure

The reciprocating submersible plunger pump oil production system mainly consists of the following components: Control cabinet, submersible linear motor, special tubing pump, submersible cable.

2. Product Advantages

① Energy Efficiency: Short power transmission lines and minimal energy loss. Intermittent operation mode significantly reduces operating costs.

② Remote Control: Enables remote monitoring and parameter adjustment, greatly reducing maintenance intensity for workers.

③ Safety and Environmental Protection: The well site only requires a control cabinet and wellhead, occupying minimal space. No moving parts at the wellhead, and static sealing eliminates the need for packing seals.

④ High Pump Efficiency: No stroke loss, small anti-impact distance, and prevention of gas locking. The mover operates at high speed, allowing longer fluid intake time in the pump chamber.

⑤ System Protection: The control cabinet regularly monitors and protects the motor, preventing damage from overload.

Pressure Resistance: Tested in a water medium at 30MPa for 24 hours, showing no deformation or leakage. Protection rating: IP58.

Voltage Resistance: The linear motor winding is tested at an ambient temperature of 200°C, applying 50Hz, 3300V voltage for 1 minute, with no flashover or breakdown.

Insulation Resistance: Tested with a 2500V megohmmeter, the insulation resistance is not less than 1000MΩ. Insulation class: H.

High-Temperature Resistance: The linear motor winding is sintered at 380°C. The motor can operate in a medium with a temperature not exceeding 120°C while maintaining rated thrust output.

3. Product Applications

The reciprocating submersible plunger pump oil production system is mainly used in oil fields such as Qinghai, Yanchang, Jilin, and Xinjiang, with successful application in over 200 wells. It has also been operating in Indonesia for many years.
