Product Structure
The system mainly consists of the ground control system, transformer, wellhead Christmas tree, oil tubing, screw pump, coupling, motor protector, submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor, connection cable, main cable, cable sheath, and auxiliary components.

The system uses submersible cables to transmit electrical power to generate force, and is a rodless oil recovery equipment. It eliminates the use of sucker rods, with the motor connected to the screw pump through protectors and other components, improving system efficiency, solving the problems of rod-tube wear and wellhead dynamic sealing crude oil leakage, while offering a simple structure, flexible and accurate control, and energy-saving environmental benefits.

Currently, oil well extraction is mainly used in the Xinjiang Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield, Fanhua Oilfield, and Shengli Dongsheng Oilfield. Gas well development is mainly used in Zhonglian Coalbed Methane, Zhejiang Oilfield, and Southwest Oil & Gas Branch. There are approximately 300 submersible screw pump applications.
