Product Structure

The electric submersible pump (ESP) oil recovery system consists of three parts: downhole components, surface equipment, and auxiliary equipment. The downhole components include the submersible motor, protector, separator/suction inlet, centrifugal pump, power cable/connection cable.

Surface equipment: transformer, control cabinet, junction box, dedicated wellhead. Auxiliary equipment: sensor, straightener, check valve, oil drain valve, sand control pipe string, cable clips, cable protectors, cable connection materials, etc.

Product Applications

The electric submersible pump oil recovery system is mainly used in high-displacement, high-water-cut wells, primarily in Changqing Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, and Jianghan Oilfield. Since 2020, over 30 units have been deployed, with 2 units applied for coalbed methane and 4 units for shale gas.
