DTII belt conveyor

DTII fixed belt conveyor is a general series product. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, coal, light industry, chemical industry, power station, petroleum, port, sugar making and other departments due to its large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost, low noise and strong versatility. It is mainly used to convey various bulk materials such as block and granular materials with a bulk density of 0.5-2.5t/m³, and can also be used to convey finished items. It has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, low operating cost, convenient use and maintenance, and is easy to realize the automatic control of the transportation system. The working environment temperature is -25℃～+40℃. For working environments that require heat resistance, cold resistance, corrosion resistance, waterfall resistance and flame retardancy, special rubber conveyor belts must be selected and corresponding protective measures must be adopted.

Note: The value of conveying capacity is calculated according to the horizontal transportation, the dynamic stacking angle is 20°, and the roller groove angle is 35°.
