DMC pulse back-blowing bag dust collector is a new type of bag dust collector developed by our company based on summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of similar dust collectors at home and abroad. It adopts advanced pulse electromagnetic valve to improve the dust removal ability and increase the filtering wind speed, which greatly reduces the filter bag area. Therefore, it has the characteristics of compact structure, stable and reliable working performance, high purification efficiency, simple operation and maintenance, and long service life of filter bags. It is widely used in building materials, electric power, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, food and other industries.

Note: 1. The conveying capacity in the table is calculated under the conditions of material bulk density γ = 1.0/m³, conveyor inclination β ≤ 6°, and material dynamic accumulation inclination p = 30°.

2. When ordering, the roller form, belt speed V, conveying quantity Q and inclination angle β must be indicated. Such as B500 × 16.8m (trough) ,V = 1.0 m/s,Q=80t/h,β=6°
3. If the ordered model is flat and the conveyed materials are bagged materials, the number of idlers shall be increased accordingly, generally 0.5m in a group. In special cases, the number of idlers shall be increased accordingly.
