The intelligent ventilation system for the excavation working face mainly consists of local ventilation fans, dust removal fans and accessories, frequency converters, booster pumps, water supply pipelines and solenoid valves, sensors, and dust reducing water curtains.

This system can monitor and adjust the operation of local fans, dust removal fans, and other equipment in the excavation face. Based on the mechanism of dust diffusion and changes in air volume, real-time data from sensors such as gas, temperature, dust, and air volume in the tunnel are collected. According to the built-in pressure extraction ratio model algorithm, the system intelligently matches and automatically adjusts the supply and exhaust volume of local fans and dust removal fans to ensure that the tunnel ventilation system is always in the best state and achieve the best dust control effect.

The system operates automatically and intelligently, without the need for manual intervention throughout the entire process. The operating conditions can be uploaded in real-time to the remote control platform of the mine through 5G wireless network.

Technical Characteristic:
1. Linkage control: local fan start stop and frequency adjustment, linkage control of various units inside the dust removal fan, automatic start stop of water supply pipelines and water curtain solenoid valves, automatic start stop of booster pumps, automatic cleaning of dust collectors, etc.

  1. One click start stop control mode: The dust removal fan can be started and stopped with one click in remote or local mode. During operation, the operating frequency can be manually adjusted remotely or locally online as needed to optimize the ratio of pressure and exhaust air flow.
  2. Fully automatic control mode: The system collects real-time sensor data on gas, temperature, dust, air volume, etc. in the excavation roadway. Based on the built-in pressure extraction ratio model algorithm, it intelligently matches and automatically adjusts the supply air volume of the local fan and the extraction air volume of the dust removal fan. The entire process does not require manual intervention and operates automatically and intelligently. The operating conditions can be uploaded in real-time to the centralized control platform through 5G wireless network.
  3. Network monitoring: The system has built-in heartbeat monitoring function, which monitors the network connection status in real time. When the network is interrupted, the control authority automatically sinks to local control to ensure the stable operation of the device.
  4. Data sharing: The system is open to the outside world using the standard ModBUS TCP protocol, which can be used in conjunction with equipment such as tunneling machines to achieve highly integrated data and function sharing.
