The FR reverse osmosis membrane element is a pollution-resistant membrane developed by our company, suitable for feedwater containing organic substances, microorganisms, and other pollutants. It combines the advantages of low operating pressure, high water production, and excellent desalination performance, while also offering strong anti-fouling properties. The FR membrane element incorporates proprietary technology that adds special substances to the composite membrane surface, improving surface charge and smoothness. Additionally, the hydrophilic modification through chemical grafting on the support membrane enhances the surface hydrophilicity, further improving fouling resistance. The feedwater flow path of the membrane element is 34mil, which effectively reduces fouling by colloids and organics, significantly enhancing the membrane’s cleaning recovery performance. Even under high fouling conditions, the system can maintain a low pressure drop. The unique anti-fouling membrane technology gives the FR reverse osmosis membrane element outstanding anti-fouling capability and cleaning recoverability.

The FR series membrane elements are suitable for desalination of water sources such as surface water, groundwater, reclaimed water, and municipal water with organic, microbial, and minor pollution, and a salinity of less than 10,000 ppm. They are mainly used in systems such as water reuse, wastewater deep treatment, desalination for power plants, and pure water production in the pharmaceutical industry.
