Main Features:

①Thermal oil transports heat in its liquid phase and will not freeze even in cold winter (the freezing point of thermal oil is approximately -60°C).

②The oil pipes are heated from shallow to deep, ensuring thorough wax removal.

③Equipped with a magnetic flap liquid level meter and oil gauge, allowing observation of the thermal oil level even in case of a meter failure.

Wax removal device is in the water injection well pump or pumping unit under the cooperation to complete the shaft hot washing work. It uses parallel casing gas as fuel, heats the water source of the water injection well or the self-produced liquid (crude oil) of the well group to the wax removal temperature (95~105 ℃) through the heating furnace, and then uses the pressure of the water injection pump or the power of the pumping unit to inject it into the target well casing for wellbore thermal cleaning. With the temperature of oil, gas and water in the tubing rising, the wax accumulated on the pipe and rod is gradually melted, thus achieving the purpose of wax removal.
