①Organic thermal carrier boilers are commonly used in projects such as light hydrocarbon plants and LNG, where the system is large and requires fully automated control to meet the unattended operation requirements.

②The thermal oil medium is flammable and requires close attention from management personnel. Additionally, the on-site nitrogen fire extinguishing system and nitrogen sealing system must be operating properly.

③Thermal oil needs to be sampled and tested every six months or a year. If it deteriorates, it must be replaced to prevent the risk of coking and fire.
