Huisman Awarded Order for Two Knuckle Boom Cranes for SEA1 Offshore

Wedoany.com Report-Nov 30,Huisman has secured a contract to deliver two 250 metric tonne Knuckle Boom Cranes for installation on Sea1 Offshore’s new ST-245-designed offshore energy support vessels.

The contract was signed with Cosco (Qidong) Offshore Co., Ltd. Key features of the Knuckle Boom Crane include:

Active heave compensated deepwater main hoist and auxiliary hoist

Main hoist block catcher

250 metric tonne maximum lifting capacity

Huisman Active Heave Compensation system

36 meters maximum reach
