Wedoany.com Report-Feb 17, Aboitiz Power Corporation’s Libmanan Wind Power Project has secured its turbine supply following the signing of an agreement between Envision Energy and PC1 Group.

The turbine supply agreement involves the supply of 58.5 megawatts wind turbine generators for the wind farm in Camarines Sur, Philippines, Envision Energy said in a statement.

The Libmanan wind project is part of the Philippines' Green Energy Auction Program 2, a government-led initiative to fast-track the development of renewable energy sources through competitive auctions to meet the country's target of 35% renewable energy in its power mix by 2030.

Aboitiz Power is the developer of the project. It expects to achieve commercial operation by the end of 2026.
