Recycled leather and Impact Cotton acoustic panels, along with cradle-to-cradle certified carpet tiles, form a rigorous material palette. Much of CBRE's existing furniture was retained, refurbished, and reinstated, significantly reducing embodied carbon emissions during the fit-out process.
