en.Wedoany.com Reported - Crusoe announced that its data center projects and Crusoe Cloud platform have signed 4.9 GW of AI infrastructure capacity, with its broader development pipeline exceeding 40 GW, encompassing signed projects, sites under tenant negotiations, and sites in advanced development stages.

Crusoe

The signed portfolio covers five AI data center campuses in the United States. At the 1.2 GW campus in Abilene, Texas, built for Oracle, the first two buildings are operational, with six more under construction. The company recently also broke ground on a second 900 MW Abilene campus for Microsoft, bringing the total planned area in Abilene to approximately 2.1 GW. Other signed campuses are advancing in Texas and Missouri.

Crusoe's integrated model encompasses power strategy, data center development, electrical equipment manufacturing, and cloud services. The company manufactures long-lead electrical components at its facilities in Colorado, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, then ships prefabricated systems for installation. This vertical integration approach aims to reduce deployment risks and shorten project construction timelines for hyperscalers, enterprises, and AI-native customers.

The Crusoe Cloud platform supports AI training, inference, and high-performance computing workloads. Its power strategy covers natural gas, renewable energy, batteries, grid interconnection, and energy infrastructure partnerships.

Crusoe co-founder and CEO Chase Lochmiller stated that the demand for AI infrastructure from leading global technology companies is rapid and massive, and the company is uniquely positioned to meet this demand.
