French OVH Group to Acquire Voice AI Company Gladia

Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Paris, Gladia specializes in transcription and audio intelligence. Its platform enables real-time and batch transcription via a single API, supporting over 100 languages and converting audio data into structured information. Currently, Gladia serves more than 300,000 developers and 2,000 enterprise clients, including HeyGen, Livestorm, Attention, Circleback, Method Financial, Recall.ai, and Leexi.

Through this acquisition, OVH Group will integrate new experts in voice AI to strengthen its team. By internalizing the voice-to-text technology components developed by Gladia, OVHcloud and OVHai will offer new voice AI services to their customers.
