en.Wedoany.com Reported - Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has signed a global cooperation agreement with artificial intelligence company Anthropic to help enterprises deploy generative AI at scale, with a focus on highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, telecommunications, aviation, and public services.

TCS and Anthropic Partner to Accelerate Enterprise AI Adoption

TCS will establish a dedicated business unit to develop industry-specific solutions and services based on Anthropic's Claude series of AI models, aiming to move AI projects into production rather than remaining in the pilot phase. These industries have previously slowed AI adoption due to high requirements for accuracy, governance, and regulatory compliance.

TCS will also deploy Claude internally, providing access to 50,000 employees across engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales departments. The company stated that its own AI transformation experience will be used to support customer deployments. Additionally, the partnership will extend to multiple TCS platforms and business units, including TCS iON, which conducts over 75 million assessments annually in India, and will launch training and certification programs focused on Claude AI models.

The two companies also plan to develop AI solutions for domain-specific workflows, software development, IT operations, customer experience, and business modernization projects.

TCS CEO K Krithivasan said the partnership combines Anthropic's AI capabilities with TCS's industry expertise and large-scale implementation experience to help enterprises deploy AI into production environments. Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei stated that the agreement strengthens the company's position in India, its second-largest market, while expanding the use of Claude among global enterprises.
