Zhang Bingnan welcomed Aidar Ryskulov and his delegation, expressing gratitude for the trust and support that Samruk-Kazyna Fund and Kazakhstan National Railway Company have extended to CCCC over the years. He stated that CCCC has deeply integrated into Kazakhstan's economic and social development, undertaking key projects and livelihood initiatives such as the Moinak Hydropower Station, the third cross-border railway between China and Kazakhstan, and the Aktau Port Container Hub. Guided by the important strategic consensus reached by the top leaders of China and Kazakhstan, CCCC will leverage its integrated, comprehensive, and synergistic advantages in the "Five Full, Four Major, and Five-Type" sectors to expand cooperation dimensions with Samruk-Kazyna Fund and its subsidiary Kazakhstan Railways in areas such as infrastructure, clean energy, industrial development, and technological innovation. Together, they aim to create more benchmark projects under the Belt and Road Initiative and "small yet beautiful" livelihood projects, contributing CCCC's wisdom and strength to building a China-Kazakhstan community with a shared future.

Aidar Ryskulov expressed gratitude for CCCC's long-standing support and assistance to Samruk-Kazyna Fund and Kazakhstan Railways. He noted that under the strategic guidance of the two countries' top leaders, Kazakhstan-China economic and trade cooperation has shown strong momentum and achieved remarkable results. He expressed hope that both sides would further deepen strategic alignment across multiple sectors, leveraging existing cooperation foundations to advance more key projects, jointly serving the construction of a Kazakhstan-China community with a shared future, and injecting stronger momentum into the new "Golden Thirty Years" of bilateral economic and trade ties. Samruk-Kazyna Fund will continue to support CCCC's business operations in Kazakhstan.

Yerlan Koishibayev, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Kazakhstan National Railway Company, and Chen Zhong, Vice President of CCCC, along with heads of relevant departments and units from both sides, attended the talks.
