The 392 MW wind farm, located in Constanța County, Romania, has a project financing scale of approximately €510 million and is expected to enter commercial operation in 2028.

The Pestera II wind farm project is held by the CIP Growth Markets Fund II, with the European Investment Bank and a Danish pension fund brought in as co-investors.
