en.Wedoany.com Reported - RT-One and RAVEL have announced a strategic partnership to develop a sovereign artificial intelligence infrastructure federated platform, connecting operations in Brazil, the United States, and other international markets. The platform aims to create an architecture capable of dynamically allocating workloads across different data centers, private clouds, dedicated environments, and hybrid infrastructures, while maintaining digital sovereignty, regulatory compliance, performance, and availability.

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence is introducing new challenges for digital infrastructure. In addition to growing demand for computing power, enterprises and governments face energy constraints, GPU shortages, data residency regulatory requirements, and continuously rising operational costs for large-scale AI environments. This partnership addresses the primary industry challenge where infrastructure supply growth lags behind AI application progress. In recent years, data center operators have faced multiple constraints, including power supply limitations, high-performance GPU availability, and regulatory requirements restricting international data flows.

The platform will leverage RAVEL's Orchestrate AI technology to automatically identify the execution location for each AI application. The system comprehensively considers computing resource availability, latency, operational costs, energy consumption, carbon intensity, and local data storage requirements. By integrating different computing environments into a single orchestration layer, the platform aims to improve existing resource utilization and reduce operational bottlenecks. The same application can run in the most suitable environment at different times without human intervention, thereby optimizing performance, cost, and availability.

Fernando Palamone, CEO of RT-One, stated that the evolution of artificial intelligence requires a new infrastructure model. "Next-generation AI infrastructure must be federated, sovereign, and sustainable. Scaling up a single location cannot meet growing demand," he emphasized. Denise Muyco, CEO of RAVEL, noted that data center operators will manage increasingly distributed environments. "Operators need to balance growing demand with energy, operational, and regulatory constraints. Operational intelligence becomes as important as computing power itself," she said. The Orchestrate AI platform continuously analyzes available resources to determine where each workload should execute—whether in local environments, public clouds, private clouds, or hybrid architectures.

The platform will also support RT-One's AI campus under development in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil, a project aiming to become one of the largest AI data center complexes in Latin America. The company stated that the federated architecture will connect this environment with other international infrastructures, forming a distributed AI application processing ecosystem. This model is designed for governments, regulated industry organizations, and large enterprises that need to maintain data control and comply with digital sovereignty requirements. According to both companies, this approach improves GPU utilization efficiency, enhances service availability, and reduces waste from installed capacity. The partnership aligns with the industry trend of replacing centralized models with federated architectures in AI infrastructure, which can combine geographically distributed resources while meeting performance, sustainability, governance, and data sovereignty requirements.
