en.Wedoany.com Reported - The 14th China (Western) Electronic Information Expo will be held in Chengdu soon, focusing on electronic components, integrated circuits, test and measurement, microwave and RF, SMT intelligent manufacturing, dual-use technologies, future network and information, new displays and lighting semiconductors, and the latest achievements of Western China's high-tech industries, comprehensively showcasing the latest development lineup of the Western electronic information industry.
The Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle has emerged as a highly competitive growth pole for the electronic information industry both nationally and globally, with a regional industrial scale of 2.36 trillion yuan. It has successfully become a national-level strategic industrial cluster, establishing a full-chain industrial loop covering chips, panels, terminals, and supporting components. The region has a strong foundation in automobile manufacturing, gathering over 2,000 enterprises above designated size, with leading companies such as Tencent, Huawei, and Alibaba also establishing a presence. Currently, the region has achieved full-chain integration of the three core segments: smart terminals, display panels, and integrated circuits, accelerating a historic leap from a traditional manufacturing base to a global frontier innovation hub. Its status as the "dual center" for Western China's scientific innovation and advanced manufacturing is increasingly solidified.
As the core section with the largest exhibition area and the highest number of participating enterprises, the Basic Components Zone is positioned as a "platform connecting the East and West for component distribution and application." It will showcase a full range of products and technologies, including semiconductor discrete devices, passive components, PCB boards, connectors, smart sensors, frequency devices, and integrated circuits. Nearly a hundred enterprises have confirmed their participation, including Sichuan Ruihong Electronics, Chengdu Huawei Microelectronics, Shenzhen Kedajia, Dongguan Yuxi Precision Connectors, Shenzhen Yibo Technology, Uni-Trend Technology, Shenzhen Shenai Semiconductor, Jiangsu United Winner Laser, Guangzhou Jinshengyang, Shenzhen Siglent Technologies, Shenzhen Xunjiexing Technology, Chengdu Mingwei Electronics, Hunan Xinlite Electronics, Shenzhen Xinfujing Technology, and Foshan Hanyang Electronics.

The Special Electronics and Future Network & Information Zone focuses on the military-civilian integration field. Chengdu is home to multiple core research institutes, including CETC 10, 29, and 30, with the scale of Sichuan's special electronics industry approaching the hundred-billion-yuan level. Leading forces such as Shandong Huayu Aerospace, CETC Ceyi Technology, Chengdu Tianda Instruments, Keysight Technologies, Beijing Xinyi Technology, Chengdu Sibeifulai Technology, CETC 13th Research Institute, CETC Chip Technology Group, Aerospace Changfeng Chaoyang Power Supply, Hebei Far East Communication, Chengdu Yaguang Electronics, and Beijing Yuanliu Hongyuan Electronics will participate.

The SMT Intelligent Manufacturing Zone is positioned as the "core display window for China's electronics manufacturing." It will showcase full-chain intelligent manufacturing solutions, including SMT electronics manufacturing, semiconductor packaging, laser processing, and precision inspection. Chengdu has built a comprehensive industrial system covering 38 major categories and 184 sub-categories, fostering two trillion-yuan-level industrial clusters in electronic information and equipment manufacturing, as well as ten hundred-billion-yuan-level industrial chains, including artificial intelligence and intelligent connected vehicles. In 2025, the added value of industries above designated size in Chengdu grew by 7.0% year-on-year, and investment in high-tech manufacturing increased by 23.4%. Nearly 4,000 industrial enterprises above designated size in the city have completed "intelligent transformation and digital upgrade," with a coverage rate of 77.47%, ranking first in Western China. Multiple industry-leading enterprises have confirmed their participation, including Quick Intelligent Equipment, Keyan Electromechanical, Changheng Electromechanical, Shenzhou Vision, Chuxin Electronic Equipment, Yisitai, Panda Electronics, Ruihong Electronics, Youluo Intelligent Equipment, Kapuno Static Technology, Langguang Precision, Qiantai Automation, Yibo Technology, Shengbo Purification Equipment, Weidian Ruixinke, Dingzhifeng Electric, Erlangshen Imaging Equipment, Jidian Technology, Andongxing Technology, Tiewoniu Automation Equipment, and Huijie Automation.

In the Commercial Display Zone, enterprises such as Tianma Microelectronics, Hangguang Electric Technology, Shanghai Moze Information, Aoruimei Scientific Instruments, Shaanxi Sirui New Materials, Shenzhen Youtong Semiconductor, Hefei Aikairuisi, Dongguan Lizhou Electronics, Tai'an Zibo Optoelectronics, Beijing Baojia Yalong Optoelectronics, and Xinlong Optoelectronics will participate collectively, vying for new opportunities in the new display and semiconductor lighting tracks.

The Western Achievements Exhibition Area, a core highlight of this expo, will bring together multiple industrial parks from the High-tech Zone, Jinniu District, Wenjiang District, Chongzhou City, and Ziyang City for a joint exhibition, showcasing the cutting-edge achievements of innovation and development in the Western electronic information industry.

The concurrent events of this expo adopt a "1+4+N" three-dimensional layout, including a major opening conference to guide industry trends, four national-level electronic manufacturing skills competitions to test professional expertise, and multiple industry matchmaking, technical seminars, and ecological theme sub-forums covering communications, semiconductors, RF, intelligent manufacturing, and AI innovation tracks, fully integrating the industry-academia-research-application-technology collaborative ecosystem of the Chengdu-Chongqing electronic information industry.
