en.Wedoany.com Reported - DJI Agriculture has announced the launch of two new agricultural drones—the Agras T55 and Agras T100 dual-battery spraying systems, designed for small-to-medium-scale operations and large-scale field applications, respectively. Yuan Zhang, Global Sales Director of DJI Agriculture, stated that over 600,000 DJI agricultural drones are currently in use worldwide, covering more than 100 countries and 300 crop types. The company has established a support network including 3,500 service and repair centers and over 7,000 certified instructors.

The Agras T55 is a lightweight agricultural drone with a simplified setup process, supporting spraying, spreading, and lifting tasks. It can carry 50 liters of liquid for spraying, with an atomizing nozzle flow rate of 50 liters per minute; for spreading, it can hold 55 kg with a flow rate of 400 kg per minute. Equipped with a lifting system capable of a 40 kg payload, it features automatic balance control and emergency cable release. This model uses millimeter-wave radar with a point cloud density of 250,000 points per second, enabling precise obstacle detection. Through improved hardware and algorithms, it operates reliably even in rainy and foggy conditions. The system records obstacle locations, allowing the drone to automatically avoid them in subsequent flights, enhancing safety. The four-eye vision system includes three top-mounted cameras and a full-color low-light FPV camera, helping operators view the drone's surroundings in all directions.
The Agras T100 dual-battery spraying system is designed for large-scale field operations. With dual smart batteries, it achieves a 50% increase in hover time under the same payload. The tank capacity is 90 liters, and with dual centrifugal atomizing nozzles, it improves flight speed and spray coverage for extended continuous operations. In orchard scenarios, an atomizing nozzle kit can be added to enhance canopy penetration. In single-battery spreading configuration, the capacity is 150 liters with a flow rate of 400 kg per minute and a lifting capacity of 80 kg; in dual-battery configuration, the tank capacity is 90 liters, achieving a flow rate of 40 liters per minute through four atomizing nozzles.
