en.Wedoany.com Reported - Nexta, a Russian IT solutions developer for tourism business process automation, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Pulkovo Regional Information Computing Center (RIVC-Pulkovo), the developer of the Sakura.Aero automated integrated accounting system. The two parties will integrate the advantages of the Nexta online service booking platform with Sakura.Aero's expertise in financial accounting and reporting to create a unified workflow for agencies and their corporate clients.
As online booking volumes grow, accounting and back-office burdens increase proportionally, with manual reconciliation, data transfer, and settlement document preparation prone to delays and errors. Nexta, as a cloud solution offering a full suite of online sales for travel services, will handle the front-end booking process; Sakura.Aero will serve as the back-end system, automating revenue accounting, financial calculations, and generating settlement documents and reports. The collaboration aims to address this key industry challenge.
Through API integration, agencies and corporate clients can launch online sales without developing proprietary software, thereby reducing manual data processing and accelerating settlement at the end of reporting periods.
Vadim Kasyanov, Commercial Director of Nexta, stated that the partnership with Sakura.Aero will provide clients with a direct path to comprehensive online sales and transparent accounting, eliminating the need for additional manual operations or the cost of building in-house IT infrastructure. The company combines the strengths of both: Nexta as a cloud distribution platform and Sakura.Aero as a financial accounting expert.
Andrey Chistyakov, Commercial Director of the Pulkovo Regional Information Computing Center, noted that integration with the Nexta platform expands functionality for users, offering ready-made online tools to serve clients. The team is committed to making routine processes from booking to settlement document generation seamless and efficient.
Under the agreement, the parties plan to define the technical specifications for integration and launch pilot programs with initial clients.
